Exotics Pet Families, I have a few important announcements:
a. Unfortunately, come early-mid May our capacity to do Exotics Medical and
Surgical Care will become more limited because we are losing one of our FT
Exotics Veterinarians, Dr. Stern, who will be taking on a new opportunity at
Providence Animal Shelter to do shelter work. We are actively seeking a new
Exotics Veterinarian and have some strong Exotics docs doing relief work for us,
but ultimately, we foresee having limitations, particularly for birds and reptiles.
We are including a comprehensive list of local veterinary hospitals that see
exotics in hopes we can help the animals that will be in need of veterinary care.
